Course Outline

You already use Manus. You run tasks, brief it properly, and you've watched it produce real deliverables rather than paragraphs about deliverables. You know the loop.

The product has moved a long way in a short time, and most of the change is not cosmetic. Manus can now run on your own computer with access to your local files, or on a persistent machine in the cloud that never turns off. It can capture your workflows as reusable Skills, connect to the tools your work already lives in, pull premium market data without a subscription, edit inside your Google files with precision, and hold context across scheduled runs instead of starting fresh every time.

This course covers ten of those features, one per chapter. Each chapter stands on its own, so you can take the whole course or go straight to the two features that solve a problem you have this week. Every chapter ends with you doing the thing on your own work, so you finish with the features actually in use rather than noted down for later.

What You'll Learn

My Computer and Cloud Computer — Running Manus on your own machine with local file access, and on a persistent cloud machine that stays awake

Skills — Capturing workflows you've already refined so Manus repeats them exactly, and scoping them to a project

Connectors and Data Sources — Attaching live tools to a project, plus SimilarWeb market intelligence built in with no subscription

Google Workspace Precision — Real editing inside your Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms rather than only creating and reading files

Scheduled Tasks 2.0 — Runs that continue in the same task and carry context forward, and schedules that live inside the apps Manus builds

Slides, Meeting Minutes and Design View — Image-model decks and branded templates, in-person meeting notes that become deliverables, and an actual canvas for refining images

Learning Outcomes

  • Set up Manus on your own computer and use its permission system deliberately rather than approving everything by reflex
  • Decide correctly between a temporary sandbox, your local machine, and an always-on Cloud Computer for a given job
  • Build Skills from real work and improve them through the correction loop until they land the task every time
  • Attach connectors and data sources to a project so one-line asks return finished, context-aware work
  • Schedule recurring work that carries context between runs, and know when a job belongs to an app instead of a chat

Who Is This Course For?

  • Active Manus users who learned the product some months ago and want to catch up in one pass

  • Anyone whose real work sits on their own machine or inside Google Workspace rather than in the cloud

  • People who keep re-explaining the same process to Manus and want it captured once

  • Marketers, analysts and founders who need competitive traffic data without another subscription

  • Teams standardising on Manus who need a shared picture of what it can now do

Pre-requisites

  • An active Manus account

  • Familiarity with Manus basics (the Manus Fundamentals course, or equivalent experience)

  • A Google Workspace account and a desktop computer for the hands-on chapters

  • No technical or coding skills required

Why Enroll?
Catch up in one pass. Ten features shipped across several months, covered in the order that makes sense rather than the order they were announced.Skip the trial and error. Which mode to use, when a schedule needs the same task, what a connector can actually do: the decisions that cost time when you get them wrong.Leave with the features in use. Every chapter ends with a submission on your own work, so nothing stays theoretical.Compound over time. Skills, projects and schedules keep working after the course ends, and they get better the more you correct them.
