Clone of Ramp's Policy AI Agent, providing a clear view of what's in and out of company policy for transactions.

Problem Statement

Employees often want to get onto other tasks besides manual reviews of the spending habits of others against a checklist, often out-of-policy spend gets approved. Ramp's Policy Agent has a 99%+ accuracy and catches 15x more out-of-policy spend. We want to provide Ramp's Policy Agent at no-cost, an exact clone, to provide small to medium sized businesses, not on Ramp, the ability to automate away manual tasks. We add a completely new feature: AI Policy Suggestions, providing a clear view of how to raise the bar on policies to reduce time spent on this low-productivity task by searching online for similar policies and providing tactical recommendations based on the current transaction (powered by Exa and Toolhouse).
